  • The what: develpment of a strategy that leverages the brand's strengths to tackle the challenge of market entry head on

  • The how: shaping a 2026 roadmap marrys an ambitious path with the reality of how it will work (resources, milestones KPIs)

  • Alignment of european and global marketing leadership founded on understanding for perspectives on all sides

  • Creating alignment where there was tension (especially, between the challenges of a new market and the internal expectatinos and constraints)
